Personalise your rehabilitation session by discussing with your fisiotheprapist the most appropriate work-out

 

A simple twist of the knob will turn your bike into independent legs mode, to train quadriceps, hamstrings and hip flexors. 

The ratchet mechanism in 2.5mm increments will allow you to progressively increase the crank length to customize your rehabilitation program and improve day by day.
